Should the ban be enforceable?
A sign on its own is a notice. To have wrongful parkers fined, apply to the regional court for a general ban (Art. 258 Swiss Civil Procedure Code). The court requires it to be posted visibly on the property (Art. 259). We can print the wording of the order on a no parking sign with custom text. Made for private ground: on public roads and on private areas open to public traffic, the authorities decide on the signs.
