Frequently asked questions

How long does production take?

Usually 5 working days, and Swiss Post brings your sign the working day after. We count from the working day after your order, without weekends, public holidays and company holidays. If you pick it up, your sign is ready once it is finished and your pick-up location is open. Steel pictures usually take 10 working days. If you order signs and a steel picture together, the later date applies. You see the exact date with every sign below the price, in the cart and in the order confirmation. Choose "Not urgent" if you can wait about a week longer, your sign then costs less. If you need it faster, ask us about our express service.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. We deliver free of charge throughout Switzerland. You can also pick up your order in Scuol, Müstair or Chur.

How can I pay, and when does the invoice come?

With TWINT or card, also via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Companies can also pay by invoice (payable within 30 days); for this you enter the company in the billing address. We send you the invoice by email as soon as your order is on its way or ready for pick-up. If you paid with TWINT or card, it is marked as paid. You will also find it in your account with the order.

Can I use my own design?

Yes. In the editor, upload your logos, images or a finished PDF file. For larger projects or special materials, request a quote.

I can't find the right sign. What now?

Design it yourself under Design a sign: with more than 300 safety symbols, frames, lines, your texts and logos. A quick start lays out frame, symbol and text for you. Or ask us for a design: we add general designs to the range for free and create specific ones for you as an order.

Is there a quantity discount?

Yes, on every sign: 10 % from 2 pieces, 15 % from 5, 20 % from 10 and 25 % from 20 pieces.

What is the combination discount?

Different signs in the same material, with the same finish (matte, for example) and version count together, even if size and design differ. You save 3 % from 3 signs, 5 % from 5, 7 % from 10 and 10 % from 20 signs. Each sign gets the higher of quantity and combination discount, never both. The cart works it out for you automatically.

How do I redeem a voucher code?

Enter it at checkout under "Add a voucher code". One code applies per order, in addition to the quantity and combination discount. If the voucher covers the whole order, you pay nothing. We do not credit any remaining amount, and voucher codes cannot be paid out in cash. See our terms and conditions for details.

Can I return a custom sign?

Individually designed signs cannot be exchanged. In case of production errors or transport damage, we replace your sign free of charge, just let us know within 10 days of receipt, ideally with photos. See our terms and conditions for details.
