The building site introduces itself

Neighbours ask, prospective buyers stop, suppliers look for the entrance: a project sign answers the questions before they are asked. At the top stand the project and the address, on the right your logo, below the people involved in two columns and at the bottom the construction period.

The fields in the editor

  • Project, for example "Neubau Mehrfamilienhaus" or "Umbau und Sanierung"
  • Address or plot
  • six parties with role and company: client, architecture, site management, civil engineer, building contractor, building services
  • Construction period or move-in date

You name each role for your project and switch off the parties you don't need. Upload the logo in the editor or take it from your Brand Kit; without a logo the field stays empty.

Good to know

The sign is 3 mm aluminium composite, weatherproof for the whole construction period, in 600 × 400, 800 × 400 or 1000 × 500 mm. Whether your municipality requires a project sign and what it must show is stated in the building permit. For the entrance, the construction site sign "No unauthorised entry" goes with it. From three signs in the same material, the combination discount applies.

Frequently asked questions

Can I list more than six parties?

The sign has six fields so everything stays readable from the road. For more companies with their logos, a site fence banner works well, and we print those too.

Does the sign last the whole construction period?

Yes. Aluminium composite is weatherproof and stays flat; the print withstands rain, frost and sun for years.

Can I add every company's logo?

The template has one logo field for the client or the contractor. You place more logos in "Design a sign", where you can keep working freely.
